With her qualification in fashion designing Lopa brings her fine eye to detailing and penchant for quality to the business. Lopa lives in Mumbai with her husband Anuj and their two children.

Gifted with excellent communication skills and a thorough team player, Nirav works with architects and clients of Ritikaawood across the Western India region. He would like to think of himself as a self-motivated professional, eager to do more.

An engineer by training with an attitude to match, Ashwini is a go-getter by nature - who always gets the job done. Managing sales in and around Pune, Ashwini has worked on several prestigious projects over the last 7 years.

Arun is an experienced engineer with 10-year tenure in the windows sector. A good listener with a keen eye for detail, Arun manages sales for South India. Over the past 3 years, he has gained a valuable understanding of client requirements.

Pankaj is a long timer with Ritikaawood - since the inception of our world class facility in Nashik. He takes pride in his position as Factory Manager, managing intricate design requirements and production challenges with consummate proficiency.

Naresh is Head of Design @Ritikaawood for the past 5 years. His approach redefines challenges, as opportunities to perform as well as learn. Naresh works towards finding the perfect solution with attention to detail, strengthening design and execution.
